Looks like second-time mom-to-be Kareena Kapoor Khan gave it a miss as she's now counting down the days to her due date.

On the professional front, Kareena Kapoor will be next seen in Laal Singh Chaddha, which is an official remake of Forrest Gump, a Tom Hanks film. Apart from her on-screen appearance, Kareena is all set to make her debut as an author with Pregnancy Bible. The book will describe all the medical aspects of pregnancy with a focus on the 'a mother and her symptoms, including the actress's tips on everything; from managing morning sickness to pregnancy diet, exercise, wellness and preparing a nursery. It will be published in 2021.

For the uninitiated, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan tied the knot on October 16, 2012. Ever since the Refugee actress has made her social media debut, she keeps sharing lovely moments with her hubby and son, both. Kareena and Said have acted together in films like LOC Kargil, Tashan, Kurbaan, and Agent Vinod.

Sharing her pregnancy experience in a media interaction, Kareena Kapoor Khan was quoted saying earlier, "Unfortunately, in my house there is nothing filmy as such. Because Saif is very normal and relaxed. Of course, he is always happy to hear it. So like I said, it wasn't planned but it was something we really wanted to celebrate and we are really enjoying it together."
