Sanjay Dutt completes 40 glorious years in Bollywood

Sanjay Dutt has completed 40 years in the industry. He preferred to be low-key about the landmark year due to the prevailing times. His debut film, Rocky, co-starring Tina Munim, released on May 8, 1981, five days after his mother, Nargis, passed away. He had left a seat empty between him and father Sunil Dutt at the film's premiere in her memory. The actor's professional and personal life can best be described by his first film's title. There have been several rocky times, but he has overcome the odds to get going again.

Looking at the times now, Sanjay Dutt has done his bit by getting vaccinated for the pandemic outbreak. He shared, "Received my first shot of Covid-19 vaccine today at the BKC Vaccine center. I want to congratulate Dr. Dhere and his entire team for doing such a wonderful job! I have so much love and respect for them and their hard work. Jai Hind."

Speaking about her personal life, Sanjay Dutt and Maanayata completed 12 years of marriage on February 11, 2021. The duo got married in February 2008. The pair have twins Shahraan and Iqra, who were born in October 2010.

On the other hand, he has a few film releases like 'KGF 2' alongside Yash, 'Shamshera' with Ranbir Kapoor, and 'Prithviraj' in the pipeline for the actor.
