Shah Rukh Khan Birthday 2023: Superstar Shah Rukh Khan turns a year older today. The actor ringed in is 58th birthday by greeting his fans who gathered outside his Mumbai home at midnight to wish him. Social media was flooded with wishes for the Bollywood star. His daughter Suhana Khan also took to social media to shower love on him.
Suhana Khan, who is an upcoming actress, shared some adorable throwback pictures with her father in her Insta stories, with lovely messages. Suhana shared an old picture of her in her father's arms giving him a peck on the cheek. The picture seems to have clicked during the IPL season as Khan is seen in the KKR team's jersey. "Happy Birthday (purple heart emoji)," the star kid captioned her post. She shared another throwback post featuring her and her elder brother Aryan Khan striking candid, happy poses with their dad. "Love you the most," she wrote alongside the post.
Suhana Khan will soon be making her acting debut with the Netflix film 'The Archies' directed by Zoya Akhtar. Earlier this year, while sharing the trailer of the film on social media, Khan penned a special note for his daughter. "And remember @suhanakhan2 you are never going to be perfectâ¦.but being yourself is the closest to that. Be kind and giving as an actorâ¦.the brickbats and applause is not yours to keepâ¦.the part of you that gets left behind on screen will always belong to youâ¦.u have come a long way babyâ¦.but the road to peoples heart is unendingâ¦..stride forth and make as many smile as you can. Back to SRK's birthday, on Wednesday night starstruck fans from various cities queued up since early morning to wish the star in their own special ways. Many even carried sweets, t-shirts, and huge posters of SRK along with them.
SRK later took to his X(formerly Twitter) handle to thank fans for wishing him and turning up in large numbers. "It's unbelievable that so many of u come & wish me late at night. I am but a mere actor. Nothing makes me happier, than, the fact that I can entertain u a bit. I live in a dream of your love. Thank u for allowing me to entertain you all. C u in the morningâ¦on the screen & off it," he wrote. Every year, fans gather outside SRK's home in large numbers to catch a glimpse of 'King Khan' of Bollywood, and the fans continued their ritual this year as well.
On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan is riding on the success of two mammoth blockbusters 'Pathaan' and 'Jawan' and is gearing up for the release of his next 'Dunki', which is scheduled to release this December. In the Rajkumar Hirani directorial, the 'Chak De! India' actor will share the screen with 'Pink' actress Tapsee Pannu for the first time. The movie marks the first collaboration of the 'Swades' actor with the '3 Idiots' director.
