Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani are celebrating their first wedding anniversary
Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani's have completed one year of their wedding. One of the most loved couples in Bollywood, Sidharth and Kiara tied the knot in a grand ceremony in Jaisalmer on February 7 last year. Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra are celebrating their first wedding anniversary today.
The couple posted a beautiful photo of them riding horses at sunset in a lush green locale. Sharing the romantic snap, the couple jointly posted, "It's not the journey or the destination it's the company that matters, Thank you for being the best partner on this crazy ride called life. #HappyAnniversaryMyLove."
Designers Shantanu-Nikhil, Manish Malhotra and several fans wished Kiara and Sidharth on their wedding anniversary.
Kiara and Sidharth fell in love on the sets of their 2021 film Shershaah, in which the latter played the role of Captain Vikram Batra and Kiara played his love interest Dimple. Their wedding ceremony happened at Suryagarh Palace in Jaisalmer last year. The couple got married as per Hindu customs with "band baaja' and 'baraat'. The famous 'Jea' wedding band from Delhi played during the baraat. Sidharth made his royal entry at the wedding on the traditional 'ghodi'.
Karan Johar, Manish Malhotra, Shahid Kapoor, Juhi Chawla and Mira Rajput Kapoor were among the celebrities present at Sid-Kiara's wedding. The couple wanted a private wedding and made sure no photos or videos leaked from the venue. The actress wore a pink Manish Malhotra lehenga for the wedding.
The actors later shared an emotional video, giving us a glimpse of Kiara's bridal entry to the romantic song 'Ranjha' from their film, Shershaah. The one-minute and 36 seconds long video featuring Sidharth and Kiara gives a glimpse into their fairytale wedding. From Kiara's magical bridal entry to Sidharth's priceless reaction after looking at his bride, every single frame of the video is so lovely that you just wouldn't want to take your eyes off!
While sharing their wedding photos, Kiara had used the dialogue "Ab humari permanent booking hogayi hai" from the film.
