Sonam K Ahuja has been keenly monitoring the country's battle with the second wave of the pandemic. Though she is in London, the actor was among the first to amplify virus-related information on her social media handles. She has been putting together a ‘Guides' section to help with relevant information, including how to make donations for the needy, care for someone with COVID-19, recover at home after contracting the infection, get vaccinated and donate plasma. As there is a lot of pandemic-related information, she felt it would make things easier to divide it into ‘all that you need to know about'. Netizens are thanking her for making things easier.

Sonam will soon be seen in the film Blind. For the role, she has been learning the body language of the visually impaired. Sonam Kapoor Ahuja has wrapped up shooting of the upcoming thriller, Blind.

Sonam will be seen in the role of a blind person in the upcoming thriller, produced by Sujoy Ghosh. The action-thriller revolves around a blind police officer who is in search of a serial killer. The cast also features Vinay Pathak, Purab Kohli and Lilette Dubey. The film is based on a South Korean film of the same name that released in 2011.

Sonam hails from a film family. Her father Anil Kapoor, uncle Sanjay Kapoor and younger brother Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor are actors, too, as are cousins Arjun and Janhvi Kapoor. Her sister Rhea and uncle Boney Kapoor are producers, while Boney's wife, late Sridevi, was one of the biggest superstars of Bollywood.
