Sonu Sood may have played the role of an antagonist in multiple films in multiple languages, he has transformed into a real-life hero for the nation since the coronavirus pandemic struck the nation last year in March. His humanitarian deeds in the last many months have made him the messiah of the people.
Be it sending the migrants back home who were stuck in Mumbai due to the lockdown or arranging for hospital beds and oxygen cylinders for Covid-19 patients, the man has done it all. And on July 30, when he turned a year older, fans and the paparazzi gathered outside his residence to celebrate the day with him. A fan showed a poster that said- The Real Hero Sonu Sood.
There were three other fans who posed for the flashbulbs and one elderly gentleman showed a sketch of the actor with his birthday wish written for him in Hindi. And one of the other gentlemen represented the Sonu Sood Fan Club.

When the man himself arrived, he couldn't help but thank everyone for the wishes and prayers. There were as many as three cakes before him. One of the cakes had his day of birth and ageless written on it along with his name. The other cake had a Superman cartoon with Sood's face instead of the OG star.
Sood has been hailed as the Messiah of the people even though he humbly refuses to accept the honour bestowed upon him. The power of his nobility came into the picture once again when a fan travelled all the way from Hyderabad to Mumbai to meet him and that too barefoot.
The actor shared a picture with him on his Instagram account and wrote- "Venkatesh, this boy walked barefoot all the way from Hyderabad to Mumbai to meet me, despite me making efforts to arrange some sort of transportation for him to come here. He is truly inspiring and has immensely humbled me."
