Aahana Kumra
In the past one-and-a-half years, many have viewed their career in a new light and eagerly expanded their skill set. Aahana Kumra is no exception. The actor, who will soon be seen in Call My Agent: Bollywood, has taken to writing with a vigour and developed two scripts - a feature film and an eight-part web series.
"Having been part of several web shows, Aahana has a fair understanding of long-format storytelling. She spent the past few months developing a slice-of-life show. She is currently giving shape to the final draft and will shop for producers soon. The feature film is in the nascent stage," reveals a source.

For Kumra, scriptwriting is a natural progression from her line of profession that demands a finer understanding of stories. "I have always worked in front of the camera, and that journey has been great. Simultaneously, I used to be fascinated with any script that I worked on. It would have my attention not just as an actor, but also as a creator. This is why I embarked upon this journey," shares the actor, eager to see where her quest for storytelling leads her.
