Author Twinkle Khanna turns a year older today. She shares her birth date with her late superstar father Rajesh Khanna. Every year, Twinkle shares a picture with her father on their birthday. On Thursday, Twinkle shared a happy childhood picture and called it a 'bittersweet' moment.
In the picture, a little Twinkle can be seen dressed in a frock as she plays with her father. Both can be seen looking away from the camera with a wide smile on their faces. Sharing the picture ion Instagram, Twinkle wrote, "A bittersweet shared birthday and a lifetime of memories." Bobby Deol and Malaika Arora dropped red heats in the comment section of the post.

Twinkle is the first child of superstars Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia. Twinkle also has a sister named Rinkie Khanna. Twinkle trued her hand at acting in the 90s . She worked in 13 films before callings it quits. She turned a writer and has published three books so far. She is married to actor Akshay Kumar and they are parents to two.
Meanwhile, in a conversation with Jackie Shroff recently, twinkle released that her father's astrologer had predicted her marriage to a man named Akshay Kumar. Back then, Twinkle said she did not even know who Akshay Kumar was. "He (Rajesh Khanna) had an astrologer and that astrologer, before I met my husband, that astrologer told (Rajesh Khanna) and he told me, 'You'll marry Akshay Kumar.' I said, 'Who?' The full name. 'You'll marry Akshay Kumar.' I don't even know him," she said.
