Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal is a foodie by heart. While his ripped physique may make you wonder how he follows a strict diet, the âRaazi' star, who celebrates his birthday on May 16, has time and again expressed how much he enjoys being fed scrumptious delicacies including street food. While Vicky adores his mom's chole bhature and parathas, he once recommended the best places to have Pani Puri and Samosas in Mumbai.
During an interaction with Curly Tales while promoting his film âThe Great Indian Family' Vicky was asked to recommend some of his favourite places to gorge on street food. The actor, without wasting any time revealed his must-visit options.
Vicky said, "I used to bring Samosas from Vyanjan in Oshiwara, Andheri West. In Malad near the station, there is Gupta Ji, where you will get Pani Puri, Sev Puri, Cheese Chili Toast, and Kulfi."
In another interview with ANI, Vicky spoke about how his wife Katrina Kaif is also a Paratha fan now. He said, "Earlier only I loved white butter and paranthas and now Katrina also loves Parathas. Earlier I did not understand Pancakes, but now I like Pancakes. So we shared everything with each other."
On the work front, Vicky wrapped up the Wai schedule of his upcoming film âChhaava'. Directed by Laxman Utekar, the shooting for the movie commenced in October 2023. The film is a historical drama and features Vicky Kaushal as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj and Rashmika Mandanna as Yesubai Bhonsale, his wife.
Vicky also has 'Bad Newz' alongside Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk. Previously titled 'Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam', the film will be released on July 19. Directed by Anand Tiwari, the film also stars Neha Dhupia.
Besides that, Vicky has also been roped in for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming film 'Love And War' with Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. With 'Love And War', Sanjay Leela Bhansali prepares to transport audiences into a new world of love, war, and cinematic brilliance, promising a never-seen-before cinematic experience.
As per an industry source, the three actors have committed to the project as they have blocked their calendars till Christmas 2025 for the film. All three actors have worked with each other in the past. While Ranbir and Vicky teamed up in âSanju', Alia and Vicky worked together in âRaazi'.
