Vicky Kaushal on his favourite actress apart from Katrina Kaif: There's only one

Vicky Kaushal sets the benchmark high for husbands whenever he speaks fondly about Katrina Kaif. As they are about to complete 2 years of marriage in December, fans cannot wait to see them together on the big screen. While the wait seems to be long, Vicky and Katrina have a couple of solo films lined up in the coming few weeks. After Katrina's Tiger 3, it is time for Vicky's Sam Bahadur.

During his visit to Delhi for the trailer launch of Sam Bahadur, Vicky went to the Indian Army's 6 Sikh Regiment and spent some quality time with the soldiers. The actor interacted with them. One of the officers asked Vicky to name his favourite actress apart from Katrina.

Reacting to the question, Vicky gave a witty answer. He said, "Paaji, ek jawab ke chakkar main ghar pe kalesh nahi karaunga. Mujhe aur koi actress dikhti hi nahi hai. Ek hi hai. Mera mission bhi bilkul army ki tarah hi hai, jo mission hai phir vahi hai" (I will not risk creating a ruckus at home because of an answer. I can't see any other actresses, there is only one. Like the army, I also focus on my mission)."

At the trailer launch, a reporter asked Vicky about the process that went behind preparing for Sam Bahadur. He joked about calling Katrina for pep talk before every shot. He jokingly said, "Ek magic recipe maine bataya nahin apne prep ke bare har shot se pehle main phone karta tha fir mujhe vo pep talk deti thi aur fir main vo shot mein jata tha (I've not shared one magic recipe with you about the prep. I would call her before every shot, and she would give me a pep talk, then I'll go for the shot)."

Vicky reacted to Sam Bahadur releasing between Katrina's Tiger 3 and Merry Christmas at a press conference. He shared, "She is excited for my film and I am excited for her film. And she has not just got one film after my film but she has got one film two weeks before my film also. I am sandwiched between her films and it is a great spot to be in."

Sam Bahadur releases on December 1.
