Tiger Shroff, who is recognised for his hard workout sessions, gravity-defying action stunts, impressive athleticism, turns a year older today. Well, many aren't aware that the actor has also helped Aamir Khan reach the physique he showcased in action-drama 'Dhoom 3'. Tiger is synonymous with an adrenaline-fuelled fitness regime, and his on-point axe-kicks, jabs, cartwheels, backflips, butterfly kicks, and much more to add on, is proof.
The actor often shares fun workout videos on his social media account, leaving us all motivated enough to take up our gym visits a tad more seriously. It's not just his diligent fitness routine but also the diet the actor has been following for a while now that reaches new heights, literally!
Let's take a look at some of his stunts, shared by him on social media.
In an interview with mid-day earlier, Tiger mentioned how he has been keeping at it. The actor flexes so well, we can't even deny it! "Ever since I was launched, I was accepted for the action sequences I'd pulled off. I'd get calls from parents saying they wish their children could learn the things I do, in a safe environment," shared Tiger.
His love for MMA is quite evident! Tiger also mentioned, "MMA has been a vital part of the prep work in all my films. Learning MMA is not just a part of my lifestyle, but a crucial aspect of my career. In every film, I can mould my fighting style as per the action in it, the director's demand, and the surroundings. I alter my MMA routine accordingly so that I can execute different aspects of the form on-screen."
When discipline is the key to everything you achieve, Tiger aces it. "On the days I don't shoot, my routine comprises martial arts training in the morning, or dance practice. I prefer to keep my weight-training routine slotted for the evening, and follow it up with cardiovascular training. You have to be consistent and keep working towards your goals."
Well, we totally agree. The 'Heropanti 2' actor further stated, "When I'm training in martial arts, I prefer doing so with my instructor at a beach, where we also slip in gymnastics and [choreography] akin to my fight [sequences in the film]. Doing so helps me improve my flexibility. The workouts involve practising leaps, high kicks and splits. My morning sessions run for two-and-a-half to three hours. The evening ones run for an hour-and-a-half to two."
Happy birthday, Tiger! We hope you reach new heights with your intense drill and motivate us more.
On the professional front, Tiger Shroff will be next seen in 'Heropanti 2' which is the sequel of his debut film where he acted opposite another debutante back then, Kriti Sanon.
As for 'Heropanti 2', the film written by Rajat Arora and produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment is being helmed by choreographer -- actor Ahmed Khan and it also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Tara Sutaria.
