Saif Ali Khan further added, "A lot of people mess up being a father and create children that need therapy, that need friendship and that need all kinds of things to fix their problems because they are not ready to be responsible fathers."

"My character believes that family makes a man a 'chomu'. He means that after marriage, we (men) become slaves of our wives and children and that changes the vibe," added Saif Ali Khan.

"So, my character celebrates 'jawaani' (youth). 'Jawaani' is his 'Jaaneman' (darling). He is a bachelor and he is scared of the concept of family," Saif Ali Khan explained.
In picture: Shilpa Shetty Kundra opted for a checkered skirt, which she paired with a turtleneck blacktop for the screening.
In fact, in an exclusive interview with mid-day, Saif Ali Khan shared how he agreed to play the character of a dad. "Sometimes when we talk about fathers' roles, it's a left-over feeling from a generation that has gone by, about the establishment characters that are dull, really."

Saif Ali Khan further added, "These characters, of a reluctant dad, they don't even know what they are doing, so he doesn't think of himself as an establishment figure, it's a responsibility being put on him, it's a really important role."

"It's one of the most important roles in life, playing a father, which we often get wrong so it's a really interesting thing. It's very appropriate to my age, and the stage I'm in my life. In fact, it's quite the opposite, I've thoroughly enjoyed," the actor also mentioned.
