The ongoing season of ‘Bigg Boss’ is as exciting and controversial as the previous seasons. Be it Archana Gautam’s ‘I-will-not-think-twice-before-speaking’ attitude or Ankit’s ‘dark horse’ strategy or MC Stan’s typical lingo like ‘Activa jaisi shakal’… this season is seeing it all. Just a few days back, a huge controversy erupted when Sumbul’s father, on the pretext of not keeping well and being admitted in ICU, spoke to his daughter about what’s going on outside the house. Needless to say that, this just did not go well with not just Shalin and Tina, but also their parents as well. Dolly Bindra
She was there in season 4 of the reality show. Her constant ‘pangas’ (at the drop of a hat) with the contestants of the Bigg Boss’s house provided entertainment fodder for the viewers. Her frictional altercation with Manoj Tiwari, Veena Malik and Ashmit Patel is still spoken about. Her line ‘Baap pe mat jaana’ became a famous catchphrase, even after the show’s season ended.
Puja Mishra
She was there on season 5 of the Bigg Boss show. Within the house, she became known for her high-handedness attitude. Her ‘Spare me’ and ‘Pooja, what is this behavior’ catchlines became extremely famous even after the season ended. Even though the season had ended years back, her line ‘Pooja, what is this behavior’ got rekindled and gave rise to many memes and videos on social media. Even Janhvi Kapoor could not resist these lines and landed up making a video of it, which became extremely famous!
Priyanka Jagga
She was a contestant on Bigg Boss 10. There was hardly anyone in the house with whom she got along. In other words, she had HUGE difference of opinions with just about everyone who was inside the Bigg Boss house with her during that season. Leave alone the contestants, she had managed to rub even the show’s host Salman Khan in an extremely irritating manner. The otherwise cool and calm Salman lost his cool and requested for her ouster. He had even reportedly given an ultimatum to the channel airing the show that, if they continued to to work with Priyanka, he would never work with them EVER again!
Rakhi Sawant
Wherever there is a mere utterance of controversy, how can ‘controversy’s favourite child’ Rakhi Sawant be far behind. While she ‘started’ off as a contestant in Bigg Boss season one, the makers realized that she is another name for providing good content and reason good enough for the viewers to be hooked onto their television. That’s why Rakhi became a ‘regular’ at the Bigg Boss’s house… be it as a contestant or as a wild card or as someone to merely stir up the nuisance level in the house!
