Adele says she did not give Chris Brown an earful in Grammy pic

While nothing frisky went down between the multi Grammy winner and the hip hop star, the picture left people a little confused.

According to reports, while Adele was having her picture taken with every celeb backstage - some sceptics claimed that she was giving him an earful for refusing to join a standing ovation for rival Frank Ocean.

The ‘Rolling in the Deep' hitmaker has taken took to Twitter to deny that she was having a go at Brown, the Mirror reported.

"Chris Brown and I were complimenting each other in that photo actually!" she wrote.u00a0
