Amy Adams to play Lois Lane

Hope she's into Kryptonians! Oscar-nominated Fighter actress Amy Adams, 36, has been cast to play Daily Planet journalist Lois Lane in Zach Snyder's Superman reboot, reports the L.A. Times.

Earlier this year Tudors actor Henry Cavill, 27, was cast as the man of steel for the flick expected to hit theaters in 2012.
