Blake Lively has scored the top spot on Ask Men's list of Top 99 Most Desirable Women of 2011.
The Gossip Girl beauty took a great leap forward to capture the honors; on last year's list, the 23-year-old came in at number 85.

Lively also beat out some formidable competition for the honor, besting Black Swan stunner Mila Kunis, Iron Man 2 babe Scarlett Johansson, and "Teenage Dream" songbird Katy Perry, among many others.
