Actor Michael Galeota, who starred on Disney Channel's 'The Jersey', passed away at the age of 31.

The actor was found dead on Sunday. He was hospitalised for abdominal pain in the previous week, but he left the hospital against the doctors' advice on Wednesday.
A friend worried about his condition as he went radio silent over the weekend. His friend, then, decided to go to his house and found his body lying in the living room.
Multiple sources said that Galeota had a history of hypertension and high cholesterol in addition to diverticulitis, an inflammation of the digestive tract.
A coroner said that he died of natural causes and an autopsy was scheduled to take place in the near future. His family created a page on Go Fund Me website to raise money for his burial.
