The movie's story is reportedly about the 1970s Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) sting operation Abscam, which brought down several US Congressmen, reports deadline.com.

Actors Christian Bale, Amy Adams and Jeremy Renner are also set to appear in the untitled movie.
