The curvy socialite's aunt, Joan Kardashian, claimed that her niece is doing allu00a0she can at present to keep her pregnancy weight at a minimum.

She added that Kardashian can consider having a tummy tuck done, which willu00a0take care of most of her weight fears.

Other than her belly, which is still rather flat, every part of her body has ballooned, despite her strict diet. Kim was photographed frequently while visiting the gym during the early months of her pregnancy.
