Washington. D.C.: Kylie Jenner and her rapper boyfriend Tyga, were recently spotted visiting the local children's hospital to meet the young patients for the upcoming episode of 'Kingin' with Tyga'.

The video footage from the MTV2 programme shows the18-year-old reality star hugging the kids, taking selfies with them and giving gifts to the patients, E! Online reports.
The rapper opined that to make someone feel special when they are going through a lot, is a humble experience and added he feels that it is good to work with children.
Previously, Jenner had visited the children's hospital in L.A. with her family, shortly before her 18th birthday bash.
