Lauren Conrad wears a fun wig, sporting a short new bob during a photo shoot for Harper's Bazaar. Star magazine has been reporting that the 23-year-old reality star is engaged to My Boys actor Kyle Howard.
He reportedly popped the question and "Lauren barely let him get the words out before she said yes." But sources say it is only a rumour.
