London: Miley Cyrus ordered a temporary restraining against a deluded fan recently who believes that she communicates to him through her songs and tells him to go and see her.

The 21-year-old 'Wrecking Ball' singer, who is currently on her 'Bangerz tour', filed the order against 24-year-old Devon Meek after he stated that he will not give up his dream of meeting her, the Daily Star reported.
Meek, who was taken in by Los Angeles Police Department on May 16 and has been placed in a psychiatric hospital for his sinister obsession, had stated he'll resume seeking out the singer when he is released.
As per the rules, Meek has to keep at least 100 yards from Cyrus, her home, workplace and car, cannot contact her directly or indirectly, and will be facing faces a fine of 1,000 dollars or a one-year prison sentence or both if he violates the rules.
