Miley Cyrus sticks out tongue to hide embarrassment

The 21-year-old daughter of country singer Billy Ray Cyrus said that the real reason behind her signature pose because she gets camera-shy and is embarrassed to take pictures, the New York Daily News reported.

She added that she doesn't know how to smile so she sticks my tongue out.
