Oscar-winning actress Natalie Portman has launched a campaign to help working women across the globe to create a better future for their families.
The 30-year-old actress, who is expecting her first child with fiancee Benjamin Millepied this summer, has teamed up with Avatar star Zoe Saldana for The Foundation for International Community Assistance's (FINCA) Lend a Hand initiative.
The campaign provides small loans to women to support their loved ones.
"I'm so proud to serve with Finca in helping impoverished women become self-sustaining," said Portman, who is FINCA's Ambassador of Hope, in a statement.
While Saldana added, "There are so many women in the world who are less fortunate, and struggling to provide for their families".
