Los Angeles: 'Pitch Perfect 2' bagged five leading honours, including the best comedy movie award, while boy band One Direction, courtesy its hit songs 'Night Changes' and 'Steal My Girl', clinched eight trophies at the 2015 Teen Choice Awards.

Anna Kendrick won the choice movie actress award and also in the hissyfit category. The 30-year-old star and actress Brittany Snow won the best chemistry honour for 'Pitch Perfect 2'.

Fourth trophy for the film came with Skylar Astin's win as the choice movie actor in comedy, reported Variety. Mystery-comedy drama 'Paper Towns' won three honours, the choice summer movie and two for its actress Cara Delevingne-- the breakout star and choice summer movie star. In the music category, boy band One Direction won eight awards, including choice music group (male artist), choice summer music star group, the best love song award for 'Night Changes' and choice summer tour for its "On The Road Again Tour".

For its song 'Steal My Girl', it won the choice music single award in group category. It also bagged three other honours-- choice selfie taker, choice fashion: male hottie and choice music: party song. British star Ed Sheeran won three awards-- the choice male artist honour, the choice music single trophy for his number "Thinking Out Loud" and the choice summer music star (male).

Pop star Taylor Swift bagged four honours, which included the best female artist award and choice summer music star trophy. Her hit number 'Bad Blood' won her trophy in the best break-up song and best collaboration category, which she shared with Kendrick Lamar.

'See You Again' ('Furious 7') by Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth won the choice song from movie or TV show. Paul Walker won the choice actor in an action posthumously for his role in "'Furious 7'.

Lucy Hale bagged the choice actress in drama for 'Pretty Little Liars'. The show also won the best TV drama honour. 'The Big Bang Theory' became the best comedy series. 'The Vampire Diaries' bagged two trophies-- the best sci-fi/fantasy show award and the best actress honour for Nina Dobrev. Ellen DeGeneres was named the choice comedian. Pop star Justin Bieber was declared the choice social media king, while Caitlyn Jenner was announced as the queen. Ariana Grande won the choice Instagrammer award and Kian Lawley was declared as the choice Youtuber.
