Sharon Stone once again proved that she is ageless as she attended a press conference for the Pilosio Building Peace Award in Milan, wearing a vibrant yellow dress with long sleeves with a hem till her shins.

The body-hugging number, that looked rather conservative from the front, had a risqué back and showcased the 57-year-old star's flawless figure.

She rounded off the look with strappy teal stilettos and an understated black handbag.
