BTS`s Namjoon is unwinding with a chill hip-hop dance sesh
BTS members have been surprising their global fanbase ARMY by releasing candid and unexpected content on social media. In a recent livestream, BTS leader Namjoon took to Weverse to spend some quality time with ARMY and gave them the 'tea' on what's recently been happening in his life.
During the livestream, fans nudged Namjoon about doing the 'Seven' dance challenge along with Jungkook - and in a surprise move, he said that he planned to sign up for hip-hop dance lessons soon! Earlier today, RM followed through on his promise. He uploaded a video on Instagram where he can be seen dancing to a cool hip-hop song along with his dance trainer. In the video, Namjoon can be seen practising sleek leg movements and body rolls - and the leader seems to be thoroughly enjoying himself as he engages in a relaxing hobby-cum-workout! We are certain that his new dance moves will only add to his sensational suave rapper energy onstage.

BTS's Namjoon and Jin are often teased for their relatively 'weaker' dancing skills amongst the group, which they also playfully used as forms of self-deprecating humour. RM and Jin have been lovingly nicknames as the 'wings' of BTS - the two members often feature in the outermost formations of several BTS choreographies but give the group's performance a holistic and well-rounded effect. With RM spending his time off in levelling up his dance skills, we have no doubt that BTS's performative charisma is only going to be go up another notch once the group reunites in 2025. J-Hope would be so proud!
In his recently livestream, RM also talked a little bit about Suga's D-Day concerts and said that while all members are immersed in their solo musical ventures at the moment, they too, like ARMY are eagerly looking forward to reuniting in 2025 and embarking on chapter 2 of their journey as BTS.
"So actually, Suga hyung talked a lot about what he felt throughout the 28 shows and how many armys and how much love is waiting for the reunion in 2025 and I definitely felt that. even though we're doing solo projects on our own, what I'm thinking is that even though I'm working on my solo project, this is just a vacation, to get back to where i was which is BTS and ARMY. So all the solo (performances) is just a journey but it is an important journey for chapter 2. But a journey to get back home safe eventually when we get back and reunite together in 2025." We are so relieved upon this confirmation!
He also talked about BTS's mini reunion as military boys J-Hope and Jin (who are currently enlisted in the ARMY) made a surprise appearance during Suga's concert. He shared how they got together after a long time and shared conversations over drinks.
RM also said that he had been working on a lot of new music - who doesn't remember his iconic surprise appearance during one of Suga's D-Day shows, where he performed a snippet of an unreleased track? We hope we get to listen to his new album soon!
