From kick-boxer to hatrick heroine, Kamalini Mukherjee has come a long way in record time. Her Telugu film, Savari, which was remade in Kannada and Tamil has proved to be a hit in all three languages, winning her appreciative fans across South India.
"I enjoyed playing Janaki in all three versions of the film, which was called Savari in Kannada,u00a0 Gamyam in Telugu and Kadhal Summa Nillai in Tamil. Truth be told, I am not as strong a person in real life as Janaki is," she confessed.
To mark the completion of 75 days of Savari later this month, Usha Kiran Movies announced a bike race in the city. The winners will get goodies and prizes.
