It's celebration time for Pawan Kalyan and his family members as the Jana Sena chief finally made it to the Andhra Pradesh Assembly. Pawan Kalyan won the Pithapuram seat in the Kakinada district by defeating seasoned politician Vanga Geetha of the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) by a margin of 70,279 votes.
After his glorious win, Pawan Kalyan visited his older brother and megastar Chiranjeevi. The latter has been a vocal supporter of Pawan Kalyan and always extended his support in his political journey. After his victory, Pawan bowed down and touched his brother's feet. A video of the same has gone viral on social media.

Ram Charan also took to social media to congratulate his uncle. "A proud day for our family! Congratulations to my @PawanKalyan Garu on his phenomenal win," he wrote on X.
Pawan is the younger brother of Chiranjeevi (Ram Charan's father) and Nagendra Babu, and belongs to the Konidela family. He founded Jana Sena Party on March 14, 2014. He has announced his party's alliance with BJP in January 2020 after three years of distancing from it. Both the parties fought together in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly elections this year.
Janasena Party chief and actor Pawan Kalyan on Tuesday said his is the only party in the entire country which has won 100 per cent of the seats contested.
Addressing party workers here, he said the NDA will form a responsible government in Andhra Pradesh and the Janasena will ensure all the poll promises it made are honoured.
"This is the day of historic judgment. We have committed to the people of Andhra Pradesh that there will be a responsible government. The NDA government will honour it," he said. He further said Janasena will not indulge in any vindictive politics against YSR Congress Party.
"I want Janasena leaders and cadres to remember that this is not the time to take revenge. This is the time to work for five crore people of Andhra Pradesh," he said. He said he did not enter politics to earn money, but only to serve people.
