COLORS âBalika Vadhu's' latest season is gripping audiences with nayi Anandi's endearing journey and her innocent childhood. The twist of the Gauna ceremony which not only marked the beginning of Anandi's new life as a child bride, but also the entry of a new character in the upcoming episodes who is sure to spice things up in the high-voltage drama. The versatile and talented actor Ketki Dave, who has made an impact with her acting prowess will soon be seen on the show donning the role of Gomti aka Maadi Baa.
On her entry, Ketki mentions, "It feels great to work with the COLORS family again! Since I always opt for characters that have something different to offer, the role of Maadi Maa in âBalika Vadhu' fits the criteria. I have been waiting a long time for something like this to come my way."
Most recently, the audience have witnessed Anandi's reaction when she found out about her marriage to Jigar and faced her destiny during the Gauna ceremony. We're also seeing her life drastically changing as she is forcibly made to stay at Jigar's house as a bahu.
Commenting on the track, the veteran actor says, "Now that Anandi has moved into Jigar's family, the dynamics of the show are going to change. Maadi Baa is the eldest member in his family who has her own sour experiences and terrible past which will come to light in her treatment of Anandi. I'm looking forward to show another facet of my acting abilities and through this character bring great conflict in the show."
