'Agar Tum Na Hote' actor Himanshu Soni relives his school days on 73rd Republic Day

Himanshu Soni, who plays the role of Abhimanyu Pandey in Zee TV's Aggar Tum Na Hote, shared in an interview with mid-day.com, "Like every Indian, Republic Day is very important to me too. I feel a sense of pride every time I stand up for the flag hoisting ceremony or while we sing the National Anthem."

The actor further added, "In fact, Republic Day also reminds me of the school days when we used to go for the flag hoisting ceremony to our respective schools. There used to be special skit performances, dance performances as well as patriotic song recitations. While we don't go to school now, I still attend the flag hoisting ceremony in my society, and I continue to do so for here's to come. Jai Hind!"

He is best known for his portrayal of Buddha in the series, Buddha-Rajaon Ka Raja. Himanshu has also been a part of television shows like 'Ram Siya Ke Luv Kush', 'Neeli Chatri Waale', 'Ramayan' where he played the character of 'Vishnu' in the show.
