Anupamaa: Why did Anupamaa collapse after meeting Vanraj?

Rajan Shahi and his team have thrown some new twists for the audience in their hit show "Anupamaa". Just when you feel that what's going to happen next, they leave you shocked.

First we saw Vanraj missing from his home. He leaves a letter behind which said that he couldn't take the pressure of the divorce and that's why left home. A police officer finds Vanraj's phone next to a body and comes to the Shah house to verify it. But it was not Vanraj.

Well, Vanraj is actually at a wellness center and meets Dr. Advait Khanna who calls his family there. Once Anupamaa and Paritosh reach there, they are quite relieved to see Vanraj. But Vanraj tells Anupamaa that he needs time to think about the divorce and marrying Kavya. This came as a surprise to Anupamaa and she collapses there. Vanraj tries his best for her to gain consciousness but she doesn't. He later lifts her and takes her to a room.
