Pankit Thakker has got his first vaccine. The 'Aapki Nazron Ne Samjha' actor thanked the makers of the show, Sonali Jafar and Amir Jafar, for helping him in getting vaccinated.
"Our producers are very kind and they know the importance of keeping everyone safe amid these unprecedented times. Amir and Sonali Jaffar along with their team literally went out of their way to see to it that the entire unit of 'Aapki Nazron Ne Samjha' gets vaccinated, right from the spot boys, make-up artists, directors, to the actors. The experience of getting the first jab was smooth," he says.
The actor urged everyone to get vaccinated as soon as possible so that things can go back to how it was during pre-covid times when everyone was able to lead a fearless life. About the importance of inoculation, he continues, "Vaccine is the most important thing in the current scenario. It is a lifesaver and an assurance that one is a responsible citizen who cares about themselves and their loved ones."

Many people are still reluctant to take the vaccine and feel that it will harm them, while others are of the opinion that the government has some ulterior motive. "Many conspiracy theories are going on around vaccination and some people are therefore reluctant to take their doses. My personal opinion is that one should have an open mind, listen to doctors and think about the larger good. Remember, we still don't have a cure and many people are getting infected," he says.
Pankit also takes the opportunity to thank Amir and Sonali once again. "They are empathetic and responsible towards people working with them. And it is because of their kind nature and big hearts that today we all have started the vaccination and soon will be able to work without any kind of fear, but of course with necessary precautions," he ends.
