These lines are doing so many different things to my head. Diving into this thought and staying there is challenging. What it means to me is that we must not stop doing things we love but getting attached to the result of those things, that is where the real problem begins. The joy should be in doing anything with total surrender, not the outcome may be. [sic]"

Give "yourself" some time, not to analyse and not to change but just to recognise the very state of mind and being. She wrote, "Body and mind is such a beauty, it's decor is coordination in complete awareness. I figured that lack of awareness won't compliment strength. Life is also such I believe, if we don't coordinate in complete awareness then we are shackled by your own limitations. Every asana opens a door to a new understanding, for my handstand practice I realised that strength alone won’t help me lift off, it will seek coordination, presence of mind and complete awareness. Once I figured the centre, not only I could lift off but also play in my handstands. New journey, lift off, finally. Such a pleasant state of mind, not because I lifted off only but also because I figured the beauty in presence of mind. [sic]"

Every challenge must always be new, and as long as the mind is conditioned, it responds to challenge according to its conditioning; therefore, there is never an adequate response. - Jiddu K [sic]"
