How did you kick off the season?

By God's grace, I was working and that's how my monsoon began. I can't thank God enough for keeping the status quo that we are working.

What food or drink do you indulge in during the monsoon?

I live a very disciplined life so I don't binge on anything. I follow Ayurveda so I have food that is good for the season. My food is limited and correct for my system.

I drink coffee twice a day so that is my only indulgence.

Favourite monsoon memory in Mumbai...

I don't have a favourite memory since most of them are painful because of the condition of roads.

My favourite memories are of Lonavala and Khandala. We used to drive and eat food at 'Sunny Da Dhaba' which is fabulous for dal, roti, rice and all sorts of non-veg dishes.

Being pure vegeteranian I used to order dal and paneer makhani.

What is your favourite place to visit in Mumbai during the monsoon?

I don't travel by road much so it's usually a drive from the Sea link to town.

Cafe or restaurant recommendations for the season...

I've been to Backyard Brew, Versova twice and it's a nice place to sit and chill during the monsoon.

Choice of outfits for the season...

My favourite outfit be it the monsoon, summer or winter, is long shorts with a hoodie.

What do dislike about the monsoon?

The part that I hate about the monsoon is the roads of Mumbai. I have no shame in saying it's the worst infrastructure and condition of roads in this country. Every place in the country is improving but in Mumbai it's only getting worse.

Every year we have RJs talking about it, they call the goverment out but nothing happens. Every year it's just the same. I have seen one foot deep ditches in the middle of the road. People are crying, some people are falling. There are so many deaths but nothing happens! The government doesn't move an inch and it's a sad scenario.

Movies to binge watch while stuck at home...

If I get an off from shoot I sit in my home theatre and surf through Amazon and Netflix, now even Jio cinema

I love binge watching horror movies, it's my favourite genre
