Heeramandi actor Jason Shah reveals if Katrina Kaif cut his role in 'Fitoor'
Being in the industry, Jason Shah is no stranger to controversy. During his time on Bigg Boss, there was the infamous 'Katrina Kaif-Fitoor incident.'
The actor found himself making headlines for implying that Katrina was the reason why a major chunk of his role in the movie was cut. At the time, he revealed that his part in Fitoor was originally much longer, even though it was just a cameo. However, Katrina wanted to reshoot those scenes after losing weight, resulting in his scenes being cut.

As expected, the news spread rapidly and became almost impossible to contain. Now, in an exclusive interview with Mid-day.com, Jason Shah addressed the controversy and the subsequent backlash.
Eager to clear the air, Jason explained, "So, I think for the sake of TRPs, that was actually changed."
Clarifying what actually happened, he said, "What I said was that Katrina needed some part of the movie reshot for whatever personal reasons she had. And because of that, something of mine was left out. Because I understand that producers are working within budgets and things like that. I think what came out was that I was cut out of the movie because of Katrina Kaif. I don't even think she would have a call like that."
"You know, as an actress, I think she does her job very professionally," he concluded with a smile on his face.
