Katrina Kaif makes an appearance in the new docu-series, The Big Day. After Sima aunty's hunt for potential brides and grooms in Indian Matchmaking, Netflix has followed it up with a show on the big, fat Indian wedding, featuring six couples.
One of them is Kat's make up artist Daniel Bauer, who wed partner Tyrone Braganza in 2019. Kaif had attended the celebrations in Goa and danced to Afghan jalebi with the gay couple.
Speaking about Katrina Kaif's professional journey, the actress will be next seen in Akshay Kumar's Sooryavanshi, that was supposed to arrive in the cinemas on March 25 this year but was delayed due to the Coronavirus pandemic that resulted in the lockdown. For the uninitiated, the is reportedly reuniting with Zoya Akhtar too for a gangster drama starring Ranveer Singh as well. Kaif and Akhtar have worked together previously in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and Bombay Talkies.

In case you missed it, Katrina Kaif completed 17 years in the Hindi film industry in 2020. Starting her career with Boom in 2003, she went on to be seen in films like Sarkar, Humko Deewana Kar Gaye, Namastey London, Apne, Partner, Welcome, Singh is Kinng, New York, Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahani, Raajneeti, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Jab Tak Hai Jaan, Ek Tha Tiger, Bang Bang, Jagga Jasoos, and Zero.
The actress is all set to be India's first female Superhero in Ali Abbas Zafar's massively ambitious project. Katrina is currently busy shooting for the horror-comedy Phone Bhoot in Udaipur. She co-stars Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi in the film. The film is directed by Gurmmeet Singh and produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. Phone Bhoot has been written by Ravi Shankaran and Jasvinder Singh Bath.
