WANT to be an actor but don't know where to start? Attend a workshop that teaches you about method acting. Conducted by actor, filmmaker and director Jeff Goldberg (in pic below), this workshop at The Jeff Goldberg Studio, is a basic introduction to the acting technique. It is open to both new and certified actors. The age limit is 18 years and above. Goldberg will share details on method acting, made popular by the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York, where he is a faculty member.
The session will cover breathing and relaxation techniques, anchoring, concentration and grounding exercises and will end with a small demo where participants will get a chance to show off their newly acquired knowledge.
