Stanislav Zaytsev of Russian Electronic Dance Music group Swanky Tunes talks about their performance in the city
Q. What's in store for your gig in Mumbai?
A. A lot of new, fresh and unreleased tracks. First up is our new vocal track. We can't name it at the moment, but we will definitely introduce this song during the show. The other track is a collaboration with Russian upcoming producer Vigel called Get Down. It will be released on Doorn Records in early April. Its world premiere is scheduled for March 7 via the Sander van Doorn radio show. Don't miss it! It's very interesting to catch people's feedback on a dance floor and get an understanding regarding your new stuff.

Q. Have you heard music by any Indian artistes? Do you have plans to work with any names in particular?
A. We have heard a couple, but were never really into it. It would be great to get a new experience and collaborate with a few Indian artistes.
Q. Do you believe that India is an important Electronic Dance Music (EDM) destination?
A. Every year, the EDM scene in India goes further. Many big festivals take a place, great clubs are opened, several big artistes perform across India. There's no doubt now. India has become one of the important points on the world EDM map.
Q. What are you looking forward to during your trip to India?
A. It was incredible during our previous time when we performed here. The crowds were amazing and so were the venues. We expect to have great fun, all over again!
