In Mumbai, Mount Mary Church also celebrates their feast day on the same date, thus decorating the entire church with flowers, garlands and different decorations.

The church has made a new addition this year to the altar decorated with different colours of flowers, with the LED lights depicting 'To Jesus Thru Mary'.

It is not only the altar inside the church but also the one outside that has been decorated with a pink and white theme as people spend time in prayer there.

Even the statue of Jesus Christ on the cross, and Mother Mary, at the start of the Mount Mary steps amid stalls of different colours, stood out with red and yellow flowers.

Last but not the least, even the chapel outside Mount Mary Church has been decorated like every year with flowers in the shape of a garland, as devotees spent time praying there.
