Malwani Chicken Curry or Malwani Kombdi Rassa by Chef Rakesh, Amazonia, Mumbai 
This dish’s place of origin is the Konkan region of Maharashtra. This curry has a strong coconut base and is prepared with Malwani masala. The curry gains a distinct flavour and taste from the masala. The curry tastes better with rice, chapati, and bhakri.

“When my family gets together, especially during winter in Russia, we always prefer to have some food which keeps us warm. One such dish is Donburi. It's a traditional Japanese meal that means ‘Rice Bowl Dish.’ It is a little similar to Bibimbap from Korea but it has its own unique twist. Bibimbap has dry toppings on the rice, while Donburi has a hot and thick gravy poured over the rice, making it a cosy and delicious choice,” says Chef Vadim Shin.
