Whether I should hit the gym in the morning or the evening
3 Third-time lucky (something I tried thrice)
My upcoming movie Zara Hatke Zara Bachke is the third
time I've been approached by a production house... I guess
I got lucky this time.
4 Fourplay (my all-time favourite songs to work out to)
I work out to a lot of Hip-Hop music. I like Sexy Bitch by Leah... any beat that thumps in my ears is inspiring while working out!
5 Gimme 5! (My 5 workout essentials)
Skipping and hopping, free hand squats and squats with weights, leg raises for the mid-section and the lower tummy, freehand side stretches, lower back hyper extensions and push-ups

Depending on my schedule, I'm either sleeping or just
going to bed. I wish I could improve my sleeping habits!
7 7 days a week (I can't live without!)
Our bodies need a mix of cardio, weight training, stretching, free hand and body-balancing exercises. Since I try to do dance classes as well, flexibility is taken care of as well.
8 8 and 8 (my favourite guilty indulgence)
Strangely, I binge on fruits like strawberries and grapes!
9 On cloud 9 (my favourite ways to de-stress)
Skipping, going for a run, walking on Carter Road, talking to my girlfriends and shopping!
