Never mind the flak she and co-host James "charmless" Franco got for their hosting abilities at "Hollywood's biggest night", Anne Hathaway had to work on a lot more than her vocal chords to make her debut as Oscar host.
The 28-year-old actress' diet regimen had her piling (and we don't mean that literally) her plate with "controlled portions" of fresh fruits and veggies, and sipping on a variety of fruit juices.

In between tanking up on all that fibre, Anne had to slather on a series of creams and potions that included a secret oatmeal and lemon juice scrub, helpful in sloughing off dead skin cells and lightening skin tone.
The slightly lactose-intolerant star also had to drink 10 to 12 glasses of water a day to stay hydrated for her grueling exercise programme that included a 60 to 90-minute weight-training session, followed by rowing and elliptical techniques to tone thigh and arm muscles.
She also had to fit in balance and flexibility exercises. Heres one Hollywood actress, who mercifully has more than her genes (and botox) to thank for her hot bod and flawless complexion!
