Dear Diana,
I had fallen for a guy in the neighbourhood, but things did not work out for us. We were together for two years. He behaved in a high-handed manner and I decided to end the relationship. I wanted to start anew. Recently, I met this guy with whom I was comfortable. I fell for him and felt finally there was someone who would love and respect me. But sadly I was mistaken. After three months of being together, he started behaving odd. He was of a suspicious nature. I ended the relationship. I was devastated as it was a case of second time unlucky in love. He seems to have moved on and has already taken a fancy to someone else though he talks to me occasionally. What should I do? Should I look out for another guy? Why am I so unlucky in love?

Dear Rosie,
First of all stop feeling sorry for yourself. These guys you met were just not your types. They were not worthy of your love and you are better off without them. You seem to be in a hurry to get into a relationship and when things go wrong, you seem to be in a rush to get out. Love happens and it takes a while to find the right soulmate. I am sure you will find a guy who respects you. When one relationship goes wrong, give yourself time to heal. For a while introspect on what has gone wrong. Do not be in a hurry to find the next available guy for you, a wrong choice will lead you to heartbreak. It is good to be open and honest in a relationship, but give it a chance to progress before you open up too much to avoid disappointments. You are giving too much to the relationship in the beginning itself, go slow and steady to avoid disappointments in your love life.
