I work in a travel agency and am extremely close to a colleague
I work in a travel agency and am extremely close to a colleague. We get along well and we keep talking to each other during office hours and texting each other when not in office. Three weeks ago, she stopped talking to me. I am still wondering what prompted her to do so. I have tried talking to her, but she says there is nothing wrong. I just want to know the reason, but she keeps mum. We consider ourselves buddies and nothing more.

Dear Manish,
If she valued your friendship and considered you dear, it was important for her to tell you the reason. She decided to suddenly cut herself off without telling you why and this is bothering you. Ask her once what is the cause of the changed attitude. If she does not reply, do not ask again. It is best that you, too, keep quiet and continue with your work. Act as if nothing has happened like she is doing. Now that you are repeatedly asking her, she is playing difficult. When she gets a dose of her own medicine, perhaps she will cough it out.
Diana will solve it!
