We see Jim Carrey when we hear âmask'. But these masks are not likely to come to life as they are set in 1 square foot frame, a typical format of the Nav Siddhartha, a group of artistes from Delhi. Asurvedha, one of the curators of the exhibition, says the masks have been made on a special medium - a mixture of French powder and rexine.
"Our exhibition communicates with the audience through the pieces that have been created by artistes from Italy, US, UK and even Bangladesh. The artworks are priced from Rs 9,000 to Rs 95,000. It's an attempt to bridge the gap between a senior and a junior artiste, as they have been featured on the very same platform," says Asurvedha.
