In between juggling meetings and phone calls, your breakfast lies untouched and as you zoom through the day,
1 Go relax: Worrying about deadlines won't help. Roll your shoulders up and down while slowly breathing in and out.
2 Just chill: Have access to the office fridge? Soak a hand towel in a bowl of ice cubes and place it over your forehead. Repeat till headache subsides.
3 Reflect on reflexology: Press the area between your left thumb and forefinger with your right thumb for about 10 seconds. Repeat with other hand. This one's known to work miracles.
4 Drink up: Some headaches are caused thanks to a drop in blood-sugar levels when you skip meals. Grab an apple or an orange and sip on some water at regular intervals. Besides ridding you of pain, it's a great way to keep fit.
5 Take a walk: Often, being restricted to a cramped cubicle can lead to a headache. Walk around the office, or step outside for a quick walk.
