Aiming to make it big as an artist some day, Noopur Godse, a class nine student is geared up for her first solo exhibition. Titled Back Benchers Reveries, it is dedicated to all those days she spent sitting on the last bench, where she created her artwork.u00a0
Blue Flowers quilling art
It will include an array of paintings, caricatures, landscapes, quilling art and more. Speaking about her inspiration, she says, "My father, Vilas Godse, who is also an artist has been my great inspiration."
The exhibition will feature around 30 artworks including ink sketches, quilling and paintings. When asked which artwork is the closest to her heart, she replies, "My favourite is the blue flowers quilling artwork."
The paintings will be on sale and the price ranges from Rs 500 to Rs 5,000.u00a0Noopur has been trained by water colour artist Milind Mulick and wants to take her art form to new heights.u00a0
In an age, where teachnology holds a lot of importance in designing and art, Noopur plans to stick to what she is doing and believes that no technology can recreate or replace what is distinct and unique. She believes in following her dreams and advises individuals her age should do the same.u00a0
