Picking up a language ufffd I'm just not good at it, except for basics which I pick up really fast

Because I run on the road, my music changes depending on where I'm running: Cape Town - Lucky Ali... because it was beautiful; Londonu00a0- Robbie Williams... because I love his diversity of music; Kiss Me - Sixpence None The Richer... because it starts slow and is so beautiful; Don't Stop the Music - Rihanna... because it makes me run
5 Gimme 5! (My 5 workout essentials)
Great keds, workout gear, music, a sweat band and determination to run
6 6 am (what I'm most likely to be doing at the time)
Sometimes sleeping and at other times, getting ready to go for a run on our roads
7 7 days a week (I can't live without!)
I do not work out 7 days a week.... and will not. I work out with my trainer Vilayat at least twice a week. I do yoga when I can, I run when I can...
8 8 and 8 (my favourite guilty indulgence)
Undoubtedly dark chocolate!

Have a shower, I cannot sleep without it!
