1 First thing on my mind when I wake up...

3 Third-time lucky (something I tried thrice)
Rafting. I nearly drowned the first two times but the third time's a charm (i.e. I didn't drown, stayed alive to tell the tale and also completed the course).
4 Fourplay (my all-time favourite songs to work out to)
Love electronic music and adrenaline thumping music to workout to.
5 Gimme 5! (My 5 workout essentials)
iPod, wristbands, a bottle of water and a cup of black coffee (before gym). I weight train five times a week in the evening, I've started swimming pretty regularly and I try to head to the pool five times a week in the morning. I also try and get in a game of soccer once a week.
6 6 am (what I'm most likely to be doing at the time)
Sleeping or trying to sleep (unless I'm shooting).
7 7 days a week (I can't live without!)
Skipping, swimming and eating.
8 8 and 8 (my favourite guilty indulgence)
Turkey sandwich on rye bread with cranberry chutney and lettuce.
9 On Cloud 9 (my favourite ways to de-stress)
PS3 with the boys and watching movies.
10 Last thing I do before tucking in..
Cold shower to de-stress me.
